    Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient Rehab |

    About the Role

    Lafayette Regional Rehab Hospital is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join its Inpatient Rehab team. The OT will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and document all services in alignment with each patient’s plan of care. This role supports patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, helping them regain independence and functional ability.

     

    This is an exclusive assignment with a national account partner, offering quick feedback and virtual interviews.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

    + Provide occupational therapy interventions to support functional recovery

    + Document all services accurately and in accordance with regulatory and facility standards

    + Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams to optimize patient outcomes

    + Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities and home programs

    + Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations

    + Perform additional duties as assigned

    Shift Schedule

    + Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    + Hours: 40 per week

    + Days: Monday–Friday

    + Weekends/Holidays: As required by facility needs

    Minimum Requirements

    + Current Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Indiana

    + Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

    + One year of professional OT experience preferred

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (as required)

    + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

    Compensation PackagesTravel Occupational Therapist

    + Hourly Pay: $46/hr

    + Meals & Incidentals: $518

    + Housing: $861

    + Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,219

    Local Occupational Therapist

    + Pay Rate: $75/hr

    + Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,000

     

    Overtime: 1.5× after 40 hours
