2025–2026 School Year | Full-Time | $60–$65/hr
Amergis is seeking an experienced School Psychologist to join a supportive school district in Greeley, Colorado for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, on-site position providing essential psychological and educational support to K–12 students.
Position Overview
The School Psychologist will support students facing a range of mental health, behavioral, and developmental challenges. In this role, you will conduct assessments, participate in eligibility determinations, provide counseling and intervention services, and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success. You will be responsible for delivering all psychological services in accordance with state, district, and professional standards.
Assignment Details
+ Location: Greeley, CO
+ Setting: School-based, on-site
+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
+ Hours: 37.5 hours per week
+ Start Date: ASAP
+ Contract Length: Remainder of the 2025–2026 school year
+ Pay Rate: $60–$65 per hour (local)
Key Responsibilities
+ Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment data.
+ Support eligibility processes for special education and related services.
+ Provide individual and group counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis response as needed.
+ Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement effective student support plans.
+ Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals and accommodations.
+ Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines, as well as professional ethical standards.
Minimum Requirements
+ Master’s Degree from an accredited university (required; specialist or doctoral degree preferred).
+ Valid Colorado School Psychologist credential or the ability to obtain one per state and district regulations.
+ Minimum of one year of experience in a school or educational setting preferred.
+ Meets all federal, state, and local requirements for school-based employment.
+ CPR certification (if applicable).
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (as required).
+ Current health certificate (if required by contract or state).
+ At least 18 years of age.
Endorsement such as Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) is preferred but not required.
