    Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking passionate Licensed Vocational Nurses to support a Residential Group Home in Buena Park!

    Licensed Vocational Nurse

     

    + Setting - Residential group home

    + Population - Intellectually and developmentally disabled adults

    + Location - Buena Park, CA

    + Schedule - Monday-Friday & Saturday-Sunday, 6am-2pm OR 2pm-10pm

    + Start date - Upon Amergis completion

    + Pay - $35/hr - WEEKLY PAY!

    Job Duties

    + Administer medications, observe effects, and provide immunizations as prescribed.

    + Take and record vital signs (BP, temp, weight) and monitor overall health, noting changes like skin breakdown.

    + Perform basic wound care and other treatments as directed.

    + Follow and help implement individualized plans (ISPs) for each resident.

    + Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.

    + Help with lifting, positioning, and using assistive devices.

    + Report concerns to RNs/physicians and educate families/staff.

    + Keep accurate records of care, incidents, and progress.
