MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Red Team Wargaming Analyst to join our team in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Lead and support wargaming and simulation efforts: Design, execute, and deliver analytical tasks related to wargames, simulations, and tabletop exercises, including shaping objectives, crafting constructs and scenarios, facilitating participant discussions, and conducting data collection and after-action reporting.

+ Conduct comprehensive defense and military analysis: Perform in-depth research and analysis of military operations, gaming trends, DoD strategy, and concept development. Provide insights and recommendations to US government clients on various aspects of the defense and intelligence enterprises.

+ Forecast and assess adversarial threats: Anticipate adversarial actions and intent, evaluating their potential impact on national security, infrastructure, communications, personnel, economics, the environment, and governmental ecosystems. Cross-check hypotheses and assessments with other Red Team entities.

+ Develop and maintain program documentation: Author and contribute to a variety of program documentation, including strategy documents, senior-level presentations, after-action reviews, training materials, white papers, concept papers, and risk assessments.

+ Collaborate and inform stakeholders: Liaise with Red Team entities and supporting organizations to identify unexplored information and concepts. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.

+ Conduct general research and analysis: Support warfighting disciplines, course of action analysis, strategy development, and organizational processes through thorough research and analysis.

+ Ensure quality and continuous improvement: Maintain accuracy and quality of wargaming exercises and deliverables. Stay updated on the latest wargaming techniques, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance Red Team support.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree and at least 7+ years of experience with defense analysis or wargaming and supporting and conducting formal research.

+ Extensive experience in Red Team operations and Wargaming at the strategic and operational levels.

+ Prior experience with the implementation, operation and analysis of wargames and logistical tools to assess DoD force capabilities and future initiatives.

+ Experience with data science, operations research, or modeling and simulation tools and methods.

+ Experience developing & delivering senior level briefs.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Master’s degree

+ Experience with geospatial visualization tools, including ArcGIS or QGIS

+ Experience with developing and integrating AI tools; including Python, SQL, JSON/YAML, and Git for data preparation, database management, and documentation

+ Understanding of MLOps principals

+ Experience deploying technical solutions in air-gapped or secure enclaves

Clearance Requirements:

+ Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

+ Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.

+ The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
