    Amergis (Santa Maria, CA)


    Hiring School Aides and Behavioral Technicians for the 25/26 School Year! Pay is $18-30/hr based on locations & experience! Locations include: Santa Maria, Lompoc, Santa Barbara, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, San Luis Obispo, Atascadero, Arroyo Grande, & more! 30-32.5/hrs a week!

     

    School Aide & Behavior Techs are individuals who works with students requiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department and/or supervising designee. May also provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker or other health care professional.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + HS Diploma required

    + Experience working in childcare, schools, caregiving highly preferred

    + Data collection or ABA Therapy a plus

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be 18 years old
