Now Hiring: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Schools

Pay: $70/hour + Full Benefits

Schedule: 35 hours/week, Monday–Friday

About the Role

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team and provide expert behavioral support to students with academic and behavioral challenges. In this role, you will conduct behavioral evaluations, develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and provide consultation and training to school staff. You’ll act as a clinical teacher, observing, assessing, and supervising educational and behavioral service delivery to ensure student success.

Key Responsibilities

+ Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBA) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

+ Provide consultation and training to teachers, staff, and families on behavior management strategies.

+ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as needed.

+ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and behavioral goals.

+ Ensure compliance with IDEA, state regulations, and professional standards of practice.

Minimum Requirements

+ Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

+ Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or related field.

+ Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools.

+ Minimum 1 year pediatric experience preferred.

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable).

+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable).

+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation).

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.

+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
