Are you a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse ready to make a powerful impact in the lives of patients recovering from complex medical conditions? We’re hiring experienced Rehabilitation LPNs/LVs to join an acute inpatient rehab team to deliver high-quality care.

Position Details:

+ Location: Wildwood, FL

+ Position Type: Full-Time

+ Shift: 12-Hour Shifts (7-7)

+ Pay Rate: $33/hour

Position Summary:

+ A rehabilitation Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. As an LPN in this setting, you will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery, promote independence, and ensure safe and effective care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Monitor vital signs, help with patient assessments and document care activities and patient responses

+ Administer medications and treatments under supervision of a Registered Nurse.

+ Monitor patient progress and provide support with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting) and rehabilitation therapy goals

+ Provide basic education on self-care practices, and offer emotional support

+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (RNs, therapists, and physicians) to develop and implement individualized care plans

+ Maintain a clean and safe care environment

+ Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Minimum 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation or long-term acute care setting.

+ Current active LPN license in the state of Florida

+ Active BLS certification ( required ).

+ ACLS certification (preferred).

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills.

+ Commitment to patient-centered care.
