Acute Care CNA – Contract Assignment

Contract Dates: January 19, 2026 – April 19, 2026

Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3x12s)

Interview: Virtual interview with the facility

Pay Package

+ Weekly Gross: $1,048

+ Hourly Rate: $18/hr (taxed)

+ Stipends: $400 weekly (housing + meals/incidentals combined)

+ Weekly Pay: Every Friday

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support an acute care unit in Goldendale, WA. This 13-week contract is ideal for a CNA comfortable working nights in a fast-paced inpatient environment.

Responsibilities

+ Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in an acute care environment

+ Assist patients with ADLs, including bathing, feeding, mobility, and hygiene

+ Obtain and document vital signs accurately

+ Support RNs and clinical staff with patient monitoring and documentation

+ Provide mobility support, repositioning, and fall-prevention rounding

+ Maintain cleanliness and uphold infection control practices

+ Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Requirements

+ Active Washington State CNA license (or ability to obtain)

+ BLS certification through the American Heart Association

+ Recent acute care experience strongly preferred

+ Ability to complete all facility compliance requirements

+ Must be available for the full contract period

Schedule

+ Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

+ Hours: 36 hours per week

+ Weekend/Holiday Rotation: As required by the facility

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs direct patient care under the direct supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN or other licensed medical professional. The CNA/NA performs a variety of individualized patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comforts of patients.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Prefer one year experience as a certified nursing assistant within the last three years

+ Graduate from certified nursing assistant program with subsequent documentation as a certified nursing assistant per state requirements with proof of verification as being an active certification and in good-standing

+ Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of clerical functions

+ Current CPR if applicable

+ TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
