    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – High School Case Management

     

    Position Overview We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide case management support across two high schools within the El Monte Union High School District. This role focuses on oversight, collaboration, and IEP compliance, while SLPAs on site deliver the direct therapy services.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage a caseload of approximately 90 students

    + Oversee and collaborate with SLPAs providing direct services

    + Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development and meetings

    + Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state requirements

    + Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress

    Qualifications

    + Active California SLP license or ASHA CCC-SLP

    + Previous school-based experience preferred

    + Strong case management and documentation skills

    + Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

    + Knowledge of IEP processes and compliance standards
