    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Manage parts department

    + Inventory/stocking control

    + Pricing control

    + Core management

    + Staff management & development

    + Performance and goal management

    + Customer and supplier relations

    Position Requirements:

    + 5 years dealership experience managing parts sales, inventory and staff within the automotive, truck or bus parts industry

    + Valid driver-s license

    + Background in staff management, inventory control and customer relations

    + Strong written and oral communication skills

    + Strong interpersonal skills

    + Ability to achieve and maintain Navistar and Thermo King parts certifications

    + Strong computers skills including dealership software, Microsoft Excel and Outlook
