A Day in the Life:
As the Director of Demand Planning for our Consumer Products Division, you will lead the team responsible for creating accurate forecasts that drive our business forward. Reporting to the AVP, Signature Lead – Demand Planning, you will be a key player leading a team in our planning process, ensuring product availability while optimizing inventory levels.
+ Strategic Forecasting: You will steer the development of accurate, timely demand forecasts by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to build a consensus demand plan.
+ Cross-Functional Leadership: You will work closely with supply planning and commercial teams to resolve constraints, manage inventory risks, and ensure alignment between the demand plan and financial estimates.
+ Performance & Process Optimization: You will drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, with a special focus on analyzing data for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends.
+ Team Development: You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of demand planners, fostering their growth and expertise within the supply chain.
We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a highly experienced leader with a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to influence across a complex organization. You are a strategic thinker who can synthesize complex information and guide your team to deliver results with integrity. Your skills include:
+ A BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
+ Extensive experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing, with a deep understanding of demand planning.
+ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
+ Proven success in leading and developing teams in a dynamic environment.

Salary Range : $138,500.00- $200,800.00 The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
