    Position Summary

    Generates and accepts Social Work referrals, applies casework process, performs department duties, documents activities and performs social work functions of counseling, referral/resource acquisition/and case consultation and coordination.

    Required

    + Possess a Masters degree in Social Work from accredited higher educational institution.

    + Michigan Licensure as Masters Level Social Worker (L.M.S.W.). with a Clinical Specialty required

    Preferred:

    + Enrollment in Academy for Certified Social Workers

    + One year of related experience
