Senior Plant Director
As Senior Plant Director you will ensure the achievement of metrics (Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, Cost and so on) in the ISC manufacturing organization. You will manage a team that supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. You will leverage your team's experience and skills to perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering.
You will report directly to our **VP CS Americas Operations Center,** and you’ll work out of our **Torrance, CA** location on a **On-Site** work schedule.

+ Daily execution of site deliverables to customers
+ Achievement of all Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity targets.
+ Strategic planning development and execution
+ People management and resource planning
+ Drive Honeywell Operating System activities
+ Talent management
+ Develop a capable team of ISC leaders
+ Drive technical advances
+ Cost improvement analysis
+ AOP and Capital planning
+ Ensures a safe work environment for all employees
YOU MUST HAVE
+ 10 plus years of leadership experience in an Integrated Supply Chain role or Operations.

+ Bachelor's/ Masters degree
+ Certification(s): Lean/Six Sigma, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, APICS (materials management certification)
+ Extensive manufacturing experience in a fast paced environment

The annual base salary range for this position in Torrance, CA is <$235,000 - $293,000>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
