Job Purpose & Scope
Provides basic technical support and administration of the Bank’s enterprise content management (ECM) document storage applications and scanner hardware.
Essential Job Functions
+ Troubleshoots and tests ECM imaging and document workflow technology platforms while maintaining the Bank’s documented security policies to ensure maximum availability.
+ Assists with the maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of all ECM systems and documents workflow applications, including application servers, database servers, and hardware.
+ Consults with users to determine hardware, software or system functional needs or solutions.
+ Assists with coordinating testing scripts for ECM vendors and other business units, as necessary.
+ Escalates complex issues to senior analysts, as needed.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
+ Basic knowledge of relevant windows server/application technology or enterprise software content management application administration.
+ Ability to support, test, and identify basic or general hardware and software problems in virtualized Windows Server/Windows PC environment.
+ Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with team members, managers, and vendors.
+ Ability to learn and apply technical standards and best practices related to document and information handling.
+ Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
+ Ability to prioritize work effectively and work under close supervision.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks with exacting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to demonstrate excellent and effective customer service skills.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality.
+ Ability to demonstrate organization, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

+ Maintains a flexible schedule and participates in on-call rotation.
+ Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook .
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, or in related “STEM” field; OR high school diploma and 2+ years of work experience in document control or related administrative or technical support role, or commensurate work experience, required.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 1+ year of work experience in an enterprise server environment analyzing, administering, and troubleshooting virtualized Windows servers and imaging and documenting workflow applications, preferred.
+ Certification in Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE), CompTIA Server+, VMWare VCP, and/or related technical certification, preferred.
