    About the Role

     

    PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking an **Experienced A&P Technician** to join our team in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining and servicing customer aircraft. You'll troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance tasks—often working directly with clients to deliver solutions.

    What You'll Do

    + Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer aircraft.

    + Interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.

    + Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding aircraft status.

    + Ensure proper inventory and control of your own tools.

    + Obtain Ground Support Equipment qualifications as required.

    What We're Looking For

    + **Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License** (Required)

    + Minimum **2 years' experience** on aircraft (fixed wing, rotary, or military)

    + TN Visa holders: **5 years' experience** required

    + Business aircraft experience (Preferred)

    + Ability to work overtime, holidays, and in inclement weather

    + Basic PC skills

    + Ability to obtain a **Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge** (if applicable)

    + Must own a basic set of hand tools
