We have an outstanding Contract position for a Recruitment Managerto join a leading Company located in theMarlborough, MA Or Arden Hills, MN surrounding area.
Pay Rate: $40.00 - $46.00
This role leads end-to-end staffing strategy and execution for direct labor, clerical/technical, and exempt/professional hiring within a manufacturing environment. Acts as the primary hiring authority locally and the main liaison to Corporate Staffing, ensuring compliance, vendor management, and use of enterprise hiring programs.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic & Leadership
+ Owns all site hiring programs and processes
+ Serves as the primary interface with Corporate Staffing
+ Ensures compliance with corporate tools, policies, and quality systems
+ Vendor management for staffing agencies and advertising partners
Direct Labor Hiring
+ High-volume hiring for manufacturing roles
+ Job fairs, advertising, postings, sourcing strategy
+ Interviews, testing, reference checks, offers
+ EEO / Affirmative Action tracking
+ Manages referral programs, sign-on bonuses, summer employment
+ Daily partnership with manufacturing leadership
Clerical, Technical & Exempt Hiring
+ Leads hiring strategy and execution
+ Interfaces with recruiters as needed
+ College & high school recruiting programs
+ Testing, reference checking, offers
+ Compliance and HR coordination
Corporate Programs & Tools
+ ATS / enterprise systems (ex: Vurv or similar)
+ Advertising platforms ( ex: TMP)
+ Background checks & reference processes
+ EEO / Affirmative Action reporting
+ Corporate staffing governance models
Basic Hiring Criteria:
+ Prefer a Bachelor's degree
+ 5+ years recruiting/staffing experience (manufacturing preferred)
+ Experience with direct labor + professional hiring
+ Vendor management exposure
+ Familiarity with corporate staffing models
+ Manufacturing or operations-driven environment experience
+ Strong written & verbal communication
+ Stakeholder management at all levels
+ Decision-making and problem-solving
+ Process-driven and compliance-focused
