    Position Title: PROJECT MANAGER-MARKETING & CATERING, COSTA MESA-CA

    **Salary:** $110,000-$120,000/annually

    Job Summary

    As the Project Manager of Marketing & Catering, you will direct, and coordinate marketing and catering projects to ensure business objectives are achieved on time and within budget. While in this role, you will partner cross-functionally to support corporate dining operations, catering programs, and marketing initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables

    + Lead catering and marketing projects, including program rollouts, promotions, and system implementations

    + Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources

    + Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed

    + Document and improve catering and marketing processes

    + Communicate project status across departments proactively

    + Utilize CaterTrax software to support catering project execution and reporting

    + Manage multiple projects simultaneously

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

    + 3–5 years of project management experience in corporate dining, foodservice, or catering

    + **Required** experience using CaterTrax catering management software

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote

    + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
