• Broadband Customer Service Representative

    ### Job Duties

    Customer Service oriented position handling customer inquiries over the phone and in person. Assists with intake of new customer information and setting up of accounts. Assists with billing and payment questions, outage calls, and related matters. Schedules in-house tech calendar for service calls and new installs. Assists with operational activities including inventory, work order management, etc.

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    High School Diploma preferred, Bilingual preferred

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    3 years customer service and experience in telecommunications or broadband industries preferred
