Training Administration (Internship)

Work Location: Concordia Sulla Secchia (Modena, Italy) – Topcon Training Centre

Job Type **:** **Full-time Internship (6 months)**

The Training Administration Internship support our training team in the Topcon Training Centre in Concordia Sulla Secchia ( MO).

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the training team, including scheduling training sessions, handling logistics, and maintaining training materials. This role will also involve assisting trainers during training sessions, commercial events and ensuring that the training activities are delivered smoothly at all times.

Job Purpose

+ Support Training Function during all the important activities of:

+ training activities planning

+ organisation events

+ delivery and reporting

+ Administrate Training Centre Activities

Core Job Duties

+ Schedule training sessions, including coordinating with trainers and trainees and ensuring that all required materials are available

+ Handle logistics for training sessions, including booking rooms, arranging suppliers, and ensuring that all necessary equipment is available and in good working condition

+ Assist trainers during training sessions, including setting up equipment, taking attendance, and providing technical support as needed

+ Proactive management of projects by leading them independently including activities reporting

Education And Experience

+ Degree or current enrolment a university program in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Communications, Events, Education, or similar.”

+ Prior experience in an administrative or support role preferred

+ Experience in a training environment preferred

+ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

+ Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders

+ **Proficiency in Microsoft Office** , including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

+ **Proficiency in media and content creation** , including photo and video creation/editing and social media usage – **r** **equired**

+ **Fluency in Italian and English is required** ; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus

This is an exciting opportunity to gain **hands-on experience** in a training centre and to support our training team.
