Job Description

The OCM Project Manager will support Supply Chain initiatives—primarily SKU restructuring, kitting/bundling changes, and associated systemic updates impacting Distribution Centers (DCs) and operational teams. This role will also partner closely with OCM Program Leads and the OCM Integration Lead to manage change plans, track progress, and ensure alignment with internal PMO standards.

The ideal candidate has strong OCM expertise, project management discipline, and the ability to drive adoption across frontline operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end to end OCM strategy and execution (impact analysis, comms, training, readiness, and reinforcement).

• Translate SKU/kitting/systemic changes into clear operational impacts for DC associates, supervisors, and operators.

• Develop and deliver training, job aids, and communications tailored to shift based frontline environments.

• Work closely with OCM Program Leads/Integration Lead to:

o Track OCM progress, activities, and reporting updates

o Add/modify tasks, dates, and dependencies as needed

o Identify risks and define mitigation actions

o Monitor cross workstream impacts and drive accountability

• Ensure OCM activities follow internal PMO project management practices.

• Support cutover, go live, and hypercare, measuring adoption and adjusting plans accordingly.

• Prepare and deliver concise leader level communications and progress updates.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.

• Knowledge of core OCM pillars: stakeholder alignment, communications & engagement, training & learning, org readiness, and reinforcement.

• Experience managing OCM within large scale, enterprise wide transformations.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to track tasks, timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple workstreams.

• Ability to drive change adoption in operational environments (supply chain, DCs, warehouse, or similar).

• Strong communication skills—capable of producing clear, executive level updates.

• Experience tailoring OCM plans to match program “waves” or phases. • Experience supporting Distribution Centers, warehousing, retail fulfillment, or frontline operational teams.

• Familiarity with SKU structure changes, kitting/bundling, or other supply chain transformation initiatives.

• Experience working with large-scale retailers like The Home Depot, Target, Amazon, Costco, Kroger, etc.

• Prosci/ADKAR certification or similar.
