Job Description
Team Leadership & People Management
Supervise and lead employees, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations
Manage recruiting, hiring, and onboarding for new team members
Set work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure cross‑training across the team
Mentor staff and support their professional development
Operational Oversight
Coordinate daily team operations and ensure deadlines are met
Monitor service‑level performance and ensure client expectations are exceeded
Improve processes, workflows, and standards within the department
Solve complex operational and technical issues
Client & Account Management
Manage relationships with large, high‑profile clients
Identify new opportunities and improvements within existing accounts
Direct clients and project teams on scope, responsibilities, and performance expectations
Ensure delivery aligns with contractual obligations
Project & Resource Management
Work with senior sales leaders to define complex project requirements
Develop action plans for high‑risk or high‑impact issues
Secure and coordinate resources needed for projects
Serve as a subject matter expert on key systems and processes
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Troubleshoot escalated issues with senior internal teams and client stakeholders
Integrate operational decisions with broader departmental goals
This position pays up to $170,000 annually.

Skills and Requirements
5–8 years of relevant experience (degree preferred but not required)
Strong leadership experience: staffing, coaching, performance management, retention
Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information clearly
Proven ability to motivate teams and drive operational results
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and a proactive, analytical mindset
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Bachelor’s degree
Experience managing large or high‑profile client accounts
Background in operations management within a large organization
Experience improving or redesigning processes and standards
Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive change
