    Summary:

    Meta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineering Manager to join the Storage team. As a leader in the tech industry, we are looking for someone who can drive innovation, collaboration, and technical proven experience in the field of highly performant distributed storage systems.

    Required Skills:

    Manager, Software Engineering - Storage Responsibilities:

    1. Lead and manage a team of software engineers to deliver highly performant and highly available distributed storage systems

    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams/customers such as Ads Infra, Video Infra and MSL to drive technical vision

    3. Develop and implement technical strategies to achieve business objectives

    4. Foster a work environment of continuous learning, growth, and improvement

    Minimum Qualifications:

    5. Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management and managing engineers

    6. 12+ years, or PhD + 8 years, of software engineering work experience, including technical management

    Public Compensation:

    $219,000/year to $301,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
