Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our chemical warehouse team. The primary responsibility of this role is administrative order processing and customer support within a regulated chemical distribution environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely entry of customer orders into the operating system (ERP/WMS), proactive follow-up with customers, order status monitoring, order completion/closure and support of the billing process.
This is largely an office-based administrative role with strong focus on data accuracy, process adherence and customer communication.
- Receive, verify and accurately enter customer orders into the ERP system (SAP/WMS)
- Proactively monitor order progress from entry → picking → packing → dispatch
- Verify order completion against delivery documents / PODs / transport documents
- Prepare and verify billing data (prices, surcharges, transport costs, taxes, waste fees etc.)
- Serve as main point of contact for order-related questions (status, delivery date, documentation)

Skills and Requirements
Very strong attention to detail and high accuracy when working with numbers and data
Prior knowledge of data entry systems such as SAP, Dynamics, Navision, Odoo, Infor, Epicor, etc.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience in a customer service and client facing role. Previous experience in chemical distribution / industrial B2B environment
Basic knowledge of dangerous goods transport regulations (ADR, IMDG, IATA)
Experience with chemical product codes, packaging types, UN numbers
