    Job Description

    A large automotive service company client of Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager to join their team remotely (MUST sit in EST, preferably within the Tri-State Area). The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the work for a development team while collaborating with other Product Managers, Bas, UX Designers, internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, communicate product plans, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. They will be working on the modernization of a Client Facing Platform by defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while working within and around legacy architecture to rebuild capabilities from the ground up. This role will drive cross‑functional execution—prioritizing features, developing and maintaining the product roadmap, coordinating sprint work, monitoring progress, and removing roadblocks to keep delivery on track. Success in this role requires strong backlog management, clear communication across technical and non‑technical audiences, data‑driven decision‑making, and the ability to guide development teams through planning, iteration, KPI tracking, and launch to deliver a modernized, high‑impact platform experience.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    3+ years of experience in product management or combined years in a product management, product owner or senior business analyst role

     

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across technical and non‑technical audiences with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

     

    Expertise in developing, maintaining, and creating product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and managing backlogs based on business value and technical feasibility

     

    Partner cross‑functionally with Engineering, UX, QA, BAs, and business stakeholders to align scope and technical decisions with customer and business outcomes, removing blockers and managing dependencies

     

    Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies with practical application of SCRUM Agile practices
