Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a dynamic professional to lead a team of five, providing coaching, training, and development to foster high morale and drive operational improvements. This role is responsible for coordinating daily workflows to meet turnaround times, conducting performance reviews, maintaining training records, and supporting hiring and succession planning. Acting as a key liaison, you will interface with clients and project teams to deliver exceptional asset and data management services. Additionally, you will manage instrumentation activities, including performing and documenting qualifications for HPLC, GC, KF, and UV-Vis systems, troubleshooting issues, overseeing urgent repairs, and ensuring timely maintenance. Responsibilities also include maintaining instrument files and archives, supporting instrument relocations, and occasionally performing test runs. You will coordinate vendor visits for on-site maintenance, ensuring compliance and proper documentation. The position further involves inputting data into GMARS, supporting change controls and investigations, and reporting on service metrics to uphold regulatory standards and operational excellence.

Skills and Requirements
• Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (e.g., chemistry, biology) with 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Technical Skills:
Must have experience in an industry lab setting and familiarity with analytical lab instrumentation.
Experience with HPLC, GC, KF, UV-Vis; familiarity with GMARS asset management system preferred.
Experience with lab audits, GMP, and familiarity with the change control process is strongly preferred
• LeadershIp:
Must have personnel leadership experience and ability to train other team members.
Project Management experience is strongly preferred.
• Soft Skills:
Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or in a team. This position is highly client-facing; client-facing experience is also strongly preferred.
• Work Style:
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of multitasking while maintaining accurate records and following procedures. Experience with analytical instrumentation: GC, KF, UV-Vis
Familiarity with GMARS asset management system
