Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a highly organized, senior‑level Marketing Program Manager / Marketing Operations Lead to support strategic initiatives. This role sits within a fast‑paced Agile environment, partnering closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional marketing teams.
This person will serve as the operational backbone of the team, bringing structure, clarity, and organization to complex programs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing operations, executive-level communication, and Agile methodologies. Day to day this person will manage project and program tracking across Jira, Monday.com, and SharePoint, ensuring roadmap visibility and alignment.
Experience functioning as a Chief of Staff or hybrid PM/Operations leader is highly preferred. This is a 12 month ongoing contract and pays $61-66hr.

Skills and Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Program Management, or a hybrid PM/Operations role.
• Strong understanding of Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and cross-functional delivery processes.
• Proven experience organizing and operationalizing large teams or programs.
• High proficiency with Jira, Monday.com, and SharePoint.
• Exceptional communication skills, especially in developing polished executive decks and storytelling artifacts.
• Ability to evaluate team performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive change.
Bachelor's degree required Background in Enterprise environments; experience functioning as a Chief of Staff is a strong plus.
