    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Junior IT Analyst to support a key client by delivering day-to-day IT assistance, basic analytics, and serving as a liaison between Logistics/Supply Chain and IT. You’ll help translate business needs into technical solutions, streamline data flows, and improve operational efficiency across warehousing, transportation, and inventory processes. This role is ideal for a recent graduate (Computer Science/Information Technology) or an early-career professional with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a passion for connecting technology with business outcomes.

    Compensation:

    $20/hr to $24/hr

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

     

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

     

    - Internship or 0–2 years of experience in IT support, analytics, or a similar technical role.

     

    - Basic understanding of IT systems, troubleshooting, and data analysis.

     

    - Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
