Job Purpose

As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine lubrication and maintenance services on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Your role is crucial in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of the equipment, contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you will do...

+ Perform lubrication services on heavy equipment, including oil changes, greasing, and fluid checks.

+ Inspect equipment for signs of wear, leaks, or other issues that may require further maintenance or repair.

+ Maintain accurate records of all lubrication and maintenance activities.

+ Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

+ Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed, including cleaning and minor repairs.

+ Communicate effectively with the maintenance team and report any issues or concerns.

+ Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.

+ Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding equipment maintenance and safety.

Requirements

+ 1+ years of experience as a lube technician or in a similar maintenance role, preferably in the heavy equipment rental industry.

+ Knowledge of lubrication techniques and maintenance procedures for heavy equipment.

+ Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials as required.

Skills

+ Proficient in performing lubrication services and routine maintenance on heavy equipment.

+ Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and thorough inspections and maintenance.

+ Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and report issues.

+ Ability to troubleshoot and identify potential maintenance issues.

+ Strong time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.

+ Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety protocols.

+ Basic mechanical skills to assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks.

**Pay Range:** $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
