    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to support one of their top financial services clients. This individual will work closely with the Project Manager and cross‑functional stakeholders to analyze business processes, define requirements, and support the modernization of workflow tools across the organization. The ideal candidate will help strengthen governance, reporting, and operational efficiencies while ensuring alignment with compliance and risk management standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    - Serve as a Business Analyst partnering with the Project Manager across multiple workstreams to gather, document, and validate business requirements.

     

    - Analyze current-state processes and support development of future-state workflows for the workflow tool replacement initiative.

     

    - Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and governance groups to ensure clarity and alignment.

     

    - Support governance activities by assessing compliance and risk considerations and ensuring project artifacts meet required standards.

     

    - Track project progress and provide data-driven insights through metrics, dashboards, and reporting updates.

     

    - Maintain accurate documentation, including requirement traceability, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

     

    - Engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather feedback, resolve issues, and enable smooth project execution.

     

    Pay Range

     

    $40–$45/hr, depending on qualifications and experience.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Experience (5 years) as a Business Analyst

     

    - Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

     

    - Proven ability to create user stories, documentation and acceptance criteria

     

    - Experience working on IT projects

     

    - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project (or similar tools).

     

    - Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups.

     

    - Self‑starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. - Experience in the financial services industry.

     

    - Familiarity with Fluid or similar workflow/process automation tools.

     

    - Understanding of governance frameworks, SDLC methodologies, and project lifecycle best practices.
