Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with experience working on large programs to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and writing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions to support a large-scale program. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth. You will work closely with our stakeholders to ensure that program objectives are met, and that the business requirements are translated into effective solutions.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 5 or more years of professional experience in the business analysis discipline (project based)

Experience on projects involving data analysis, data mapping, data integration and/or data warehousing.

Experience writing BRDs (Business requirement documents) using Jira

Strong SQL experience (can recognize discrepancies in the date)

Experience working on waterfall, Agile and/or hybrid projects (heavy scrum)

Experience organizing the Product Backlog based on the prioritization provided by the Product Owner CSM
