    In this system engineering intern role, you'll have the chance to:

    + Develop techniques for Magnetics integration into various forms of packaging substrate and create characterization methodology for benchmarking

    + Develop feasibility plan for advanced analog power chips and system products from concept to mass production

    + Interface directly with TI business units and customers to define product roadmaps

    + Assess and negotiate IC development tradeoffs with design teams and customers

    + Evaluate silicon systems (hardware and software) and related documentation

    + Gather user requirements, translate them to functional specifications, and implement solutions and enhancement projects

    + Perform troubleshooting and debugging on issues related to the system

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

    + Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher

    + Must have understanding of material science necessary for semiconductor packaging

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Knowledge of high integration of passive components in substrates, techniques and characterization

    + Knowledge of microelectronic fabrication including understanding of electrochemistry

    + Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions

    + Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery

    + Ability to build strong, influential relationships

    + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

    + Ability to take the initiative and drive for results

    **Base Range Info:** Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The base pay range for this role is shown below.

    **Base Range:** $31.00 - $57.00 per hour

    **ECL/GTC Required:** Yes
