    Summary:

    The Technical Programs & Strategic Operations Manager for Partner Engineering will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, overseeing planning processes, and optimizing operational efficiencies within the Partner Engineering organization. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, effective implementation, reliable operational, and understanding of technical partnerships and engineering lifecycles.

    Required Skills:

    Technical Programs & Strategic Operations Manager Responsibilities:

    1. Provide direction and guide the team in setting and achieving goals aligned with organizational priorities

    2. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure strategic alignment of goals and driving product priorities

    3. Develop and articulate the long-term mission and strategic priorities for Partner Engineering in alignment with overall product goals

    4. Identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions

    5. Planning and Execution

    6. Lead the planning cycles every half, including goal setting, alignment with cross-functional teams, resource allocation, and budget management

    7. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and operational processes

    8. Drive the execution of key strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and desired outcomes

    9. Implement best practices for project management, data analysis, and reporting

    10. Optimize operational workflows and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability within Partner Engineering

    11. Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance

    12. Partner with teams across various functions to drive alignment, share insights, and achieve common objectives

    13. Act as a liaison between Partner Engineering and other departments' SP&O teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance

    14. Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure seamless integration of partner solutions

    15. Build relationships with external partners to understand their needs and align engineering efforts accordingly

    Minimum Qualifications:

    16. Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience

    17. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree

    18. 7+ years of proven experience in strategy, operations, or program management within a technology or engineering organization

    19. Understanding of partner ecosystems, technical integrations, and software development lifecycles

    20. Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

    21. Proven communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

    22. Demonstrated experience to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a time-sensitive environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    23. Experience with data analytics and visualization tools

    24. Experience in a top consulting firm

    25. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management software

    26. A track record of driving significant operational improvements and strategic impact
