    Job Description:

    + Up to $10,000 Sign on Bonus

    + Up to $3000 Relocation Bonus

    + Location: Sports Meb and Rehab 265 East Rollins Street, Orlando FL, 32804

    + Floating between the following Sports Med and Rehab Clinics Lake Mary, Lake Nona, Winter Park, SODO, Altamonte Springs, Oviedo, Maitland

    + Schedule: Monday-Thursday 10am -7pm , Friday 9am -6pm

    + Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures.

    + Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships.

    + Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.

    + Participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships.

    + Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    DoctorateBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Physical Therapist (PT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Physical Therapist - Temporary (PT-TEMP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $65,622.66 - $122,055.21
