    Job Description:

    + Assesses patient acuity based on diagnosis and visit reason, calculating necessary treatment time using orders and consulting with relevant staff.

    + Collaborates with oncology physician offices, infusion centers, and radiation oncology offices to schedule patients, negotiating date and time while avoiding resource conflicts.

    + Works closely with infusion center and radiation oncology leaders to maximize utilization of nursing and technician time, productivity, and resources.

    + Coordinates special procedure needs with appropriate departments, staff, and external resources.

    + Ensures patients starting chemotherapy or radiation therapy are scheduled for education prior to their first appointment.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    High School Grad or Equiv (Required)

    Pay Range:

    $16.63 - $26.60
