    Job Description:

    + Directs hospital activities required to collaborate with regulatory agencies and ensures compliance with federal and state guidelines.

    + Provides leadership to patients, families, administration, committees, health care providers, and ancillary staff in quality improvement and regulatory compliance.

    + Communicates to administration regarding regulatory readiness and progress of quality initiatives.

    + Leads continuous management of patient safety data and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.

    + Leads performance improvement teams on local and regional projects focusing on reliability and sustainability of evidence-based practices.

    Pay Range:

    $80,316.11 - $149,399.98
