Job Description:
+ Builds relationships with patients, consumers, and co-workers via telephone or Microsoft Teams.
+ Meets daily, weekly, and monthly qualitative and quantitative performance metrics.
+ Trains effectively in multiple and complex scheduling processes.
+ Accurately schedules patients for medical office visit appointments and hospital procedures.
+ Transfers callers to appropriate departments or locations when necessary.
