Job Description:

AHMG Cardiology Orlando

1613 N. Mills Ave., Orlando, FL 32803 / must be able to float to different Cardiology locations

Monday - Friday 7am - 4:30pm / PRN

+ Disposes of radioactive materials and stores radiopharmaceuticals following radiation safety procedures.

+ Prepares stock radiopharmaceuticals, adhering to safety standards to minimize radiation exposure to workers and patients.

+ Explains test procedures and safety precautions to patients and provides assistance during test procedures.

+ Processes cardiac function studies using a computer and records and process results of procedures.

+ Maintains and calibrates radioisotope and laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functioning.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

High School Grad or Equiv (Required), Technical/Vocational SchoolCertified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:

$31.55 - $58.69
