    Job Description:

    Performs routine maintenance and repairs on physical plants and non-technical equipment, including painting, plumbing, minor electrical work, and millwork. Manages the warehouse and its inventory of equipment and furnishings. Assists with assessing and planning maintenance needs for facilities. Conducts monthly inspections of facilities and implements necessary repairs to maintain standards. Completes projects such as minor remodeling and basic plumbing repairs. Maintains a detailed Maintenance Log of daily jobs and projects performed. Ensures safe and effective use of equipment needed for daily maintenance and repairs. Collects and analyzes pricing from various vendors for supplies and repairs. Obtains required approvals for supplies and repairs from outside vendors. Prioritizes requests for repairs and maintenance assistance according to need and severity. Maintains equipment, vehicles, and warehouse in a clean and organized manner. Delivers various items and equipment to different departments or locations.
