Job Description:

Facilitates both individual and group tutoring sessions based on curriculum and program coordinator's discretion. Assists students in developing effective learning strategies and critical thinking skills using appropriate equipment and resources. Creates and maintains a tutoring schedule that is convenient for both the student and the tutor. Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of each tutoring session. Ensures strict confidentiality of all student information, materials, and discussions shared in the tutoring relationship. Provides motivation for learning and acts as a role model for peers. Answers students' questions on course content and provides study strategies. Actively provides outstanding academic support service and maintains respectful relationships with all. Performs other duties as assigned.
