    Job Description:

    Organizes and manages all aspects of board preparation, including scheduling, materials, and resources. Orients new residents and fellows, providing necessary training and ensuring they have access to required resources. Maintains records and schedules meetings to support residents and fellows. Assists with administrative tasks to ensure smooth transitions for new recruits. Coordinates human resource activities for residents and faculty, including orientation, contracting, progressive discipline, and graduation. Oversees daily activities of the residency program office, including planning, preparation, and execution of program functions. Serves as the primary GME administrative liaison between the clinical teaching site and the sponsoring institution's GME office for site-specific operations. Provides ongoing administrative support to residents and fellows throughout their training. Other duties as assigned. Acts as the subject matter expert for the Program Director, residents, program faculty, and staff regarding accreditation standards and institutional policies.

    Bachelor's (Required)Training Administrators in Graduate Medical Education (C-TAGME) - Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $43,246.98 - $80,431.82
