    Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital in Stevens Point, WI is seeking a LABORATORY CLERK to join our LAB team!

     

    The Laboratory Clerk performs routine tasks according to established protocols. Pleasantly greets and directs patients and their families/visitors as required. Enters and releases patient orders following department procedures. Answers phone inquiries and schedules patient appointments. Assists with various patient activities and related non-professional services as necessary in caring for the needs, comfort and safety of patients presenting for services. Performance of miscellaneous duties allowing for the smooth functioning of the departments.

     

    HOURS: Full Time 1.0 FTE, 80 Hours Biweekly

    Experience/Qualifications

    + Knowledge of general office practices in a healthcare environment procedure normally acquired through completion of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
