Citizens Commercial Banking (CFG) – Liquidity Services is seeking a visionary leader to help shape the future of commercial deposit and liquidity products and solutions. This role is critical to driving innovation, influencing executive strategy, and positioning Citizens as a market leader.
As Head of Product Segment, you will operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on delivering exceptional value to clients. You will own the strategy, development, and management of commercial deposit and liquidity products—driving innovation and integrated solutions that enhance working capital efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Lead product strategy and innovation for commercial deposit and liquidity solutions.
+ Own the end-to-end product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
+ Develop business cases to secure funding for the product roadmap and strategic initiatives.
+ Articulate a compelling vision for liquidity products and influence executive stakeholders to gain alignment and support.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and operational excellence across all product offerings.
+ Drive comprehensive market research and continuously benchmark our capabilities against the industry.
+ Manage team members and agency partners in executing marketing plans; oversee recruitment, performance management, and development.
+ Develop and manage product budgets.
Qualifications
Education
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience
+ 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles.
+ Demonstrated success in identifying and building solutions from ideation through successful rollout and adoption.
+ Proven track record developing and executing integrated, multichannel strategies for complex business segments.
+ Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
Skills & Competencies
+ Extensive industry knowledge and strong connectivity with key players, vendors, and partners in the treasury services ecosystem.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience with recruitment and performance development.
+ Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities, with experience engaging executive leadership.
+ Client-first mindset with a proven ability to design solutions that deliver exceptional client outcomes
+ Ability to manage budgets and align financial plans with strategic objectives.
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday
