Kelly Services is seeking dependable and motivated Assembly workers for a local Manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, FL 32219. Pay- $16/hour
Schedule- Mon-Thursday 6am-4pm Friday 6am-12pm Occasional OT

Position Summary:
You will be responsible for building and packing air filtration products, interpreting work orders, using hand and power tools, maintaining attention to quality and safety, and keeping accurate production records—all within a light industrial warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities:
+ **Assembly & Packing:** Build and assemble product components, install fasteners, and package finished filters and systems according to work instructions.
+ **Following Instructions:** Interpret job orders, adhere to detailed work instructions, and consistently meet quality standards.
+ **Tool Usage:** Operate manual and powered hand tools, and may use pallet jacks and hand trucks for material movement.
+ **Quality Control:** Inspect parts, ensure proper assembly, and actively identify and report any defects.
+ **Documentation:** Accurately record production information, job orders, and quality forms.
+ **Safety & Standards:** Rigorously adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines, ISO 9001/14001 standards, and all general safety policies.
+ **Housekeeping:** Keep production and warehouse areas clean, organized, and well-maintained.
+ **Continuous Improvement:** Demonstrate commitment to driving quality standards and process improvements.

+ Fast-paced, light industrial setting.
+ Position may involve repetitive tasks and long periods of standing.

**Requirements** :
At least 2 years of experience in the following skills and abilities: manufacturing, logistics, shipping and receiving, assembly, picking and packing and technology skills. Must be able to operate a computer, machines and equipment. Forklift, pallet jack, scanning, loading and unloading, material handling.
