    What’s a typical day as CNC Plasma Operator? You’ll be:

     

    + Setting up and operating state-of-the-art CNC plasma cutting equipment.

    + Verifying job details and preparing materials for precise cutting using cranes and forklifts.

    + Monitoring cut quality and making real-time adjustments for optimal results.

    + Inspecting finished steel parts for quality and dimensional accuracy.

    + Keeping clear documentation and collaborating closely with loaders, material handlers, and downstream teams.

    + Performing routine preventative maintenance and maintaining a clean work area.

    This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

    + Are reliable and have a strong work ethic.

    + Can read a tape measure, interpret blueprints, and use precision measuring tools.

    + Are able to lift up to 70 lbs and operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely.

    + Communicate and work well in fast-paced environments.

    + Have at least 1 year of CNC plasma or machine operation experience.

    + Can troubleshoot and efficiently adapt to changing priorities.
