    The Opportunity:

    CACI is currently looking for a Dynamic Resource Management Specialist with agile methodology experience to join our BEAGLE (Border Enforcement Applications for Government Leading-Edge Information Technology) Agile Solution Factory (ASF) Team supporting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) client located in Northern Virginia! Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the best practices in Agile Software Development for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

     

    As a member of the BEAGLE ASF Team, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation’s safety, security, and prosperity. CBP agents and officers are on the front lines, every day, protecting our national security by combining customs, immigration, border security, and agricultural protection into one coordinated and supportive activity.

     

    ASF programs thrive in a culture of innovation and are constantly seeking individuals who can bring creative ideas to solve complex problems, both technical and procedural at the team and portfolio levels. The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse and geographically separated team is crucial.

     

    You'll play a crucial role in supporting the Resource Manager and the Agile Program Management Office (APMO) in various staffing-related functions.

    Responsibilities:

    + Be a member of the Agile Program Management Office (APMO) and support Resource Manager all staffing related items.

    + Work with the Resource Manager for all staff, onboarding, and transitioning of personnel for a large contract supporting DHS.

    + Coordinating interviews as needed and ensuring candidate feedback is provided.

    + Manage the subcontractor staffing process which includes notification of open positions, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, ensuring candidate feedback is provided.

    + Monitors and ensuring any personnel related issues are resolved.

    + Supports the APMO with ad hoc tasks as assigned

    + Manage staffing documentation and position tracking

    + Maintains staffing information in the Resource Tracking System

    Qualifications:

    _Required:_

    **_Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria includes, but not limited to_** _:_

     

    _3 year check for felony convictions_

     

    _1 year check for illegal drug use_

    _1 year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud_

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + College degree (B.S.) in Business, Management Administration, or similar.

    + Professional Experience: at least three (3) year related experience; particularly working on government contracts

    _Desired:_

    + Developing standards and processes for onboarding CACI and Subcontractor personnel.

    + Managing staffing documentation and position tracking

    + Maintaining staffing information in a Resource Tracking System

    + Familiarity with the general IT practices and terminology

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic; self-starter

    + Familiarity with CACI RTS

    + Familiarity with client training requirements

    + Familiarity with CACI recruiting processes and systems

    + Familiarity with contract and financial management

    + Relevant DHS focused experience

    Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

    The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $57,500-$117,900
