DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented **95L 3** **rd** **Shift Team Manager** to join our team specializing in **Manufacturing** for our Cummins Inc. facility in **Seymour, IN.**

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

+ **Lead Daily Operations:** Oversee the day-to-day activities of the production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely achievement of production targets.

+ **Drive Performance Excellence:** Monitor team performance, set clear expectations, and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement and accountability.

+ **Enhance Safety Standards:** Collaborate across functions to identify and implement safety improvements, promoting a culture of workplace safety.

+ **Optimize Productivity & Efficiency:** Recommend and support initiatives that streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.

+ **Champion Quality Assurance:** Work with cross-functional teams to uphold high-quality standards and resolve any issues impacting product integrity.

+ **Mentor and Develop Talent:** Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, supporting their professional growth and skill development.

+ **Facilitate Effective Communication:** Serve as a liaison between team members and leadership, ensuring clear communication of goals, changes, and expectations.

+ **Lead Strategic Projects:** Act as the group lead on key projects and assignments, driving results and fostering collaboration across departments.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

College, university or equivalent degree required, or equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Supervisory experience preferred.
