    Job Summary:

    Coordinates documents and gathers and inputs data related to assigned administrative support duties for a team, department, function or other organizational leader/group. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.

     

    We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our team in (El Cajon, CA).

    This role will make an impact in the following ways:

    • Provide administrative support by gathering, compiling, verifying, and entering data into reports, presentations, databases, and spreadsheets

    • Conduct research, prepare statistical reports, and support data collection and reporting activities for the department

    • Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings and conference calls, prepare correspondence, and receive visitors

    • Respond to and route routine to complex internal and external inquiries accurately and professionally

    • Prepare and submit vendor payment documentation and enter requests into accounting systems in compliance with procedures

    • Document, maintain, and support departmental policies, procedures, and business improvement initiatives

    • Act as an informal resource and support for colleagues with less experience

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:

    • Ability to complete administrative and data-related tasks with limited supervision while meeting deadlines

    • Strong data analytics skills, including interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to support business decisions

    • Experience with data communication and visualization through reports, dashboards, and presentations

    • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills aligned with organizational goals

    • Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences

    • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to accuracy, accountability, and responsiveness

    • Ability to collaborate across teams while maintaining a strong safety-oriented mindset

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education, Licenses, Certifications:

    High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

     

    This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    Experience:

    Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
