    DESCRIPTION

    We are looking for a talented **Production Associate - Level I** to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Jamestown, NY.

    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

    + **Drive reliable delivery** by operating manual and automated equipment efficiently, meeting cycle times, and consistently achieving production targets.

    + **Maintain operational excellence** through disciplined housekeeping, equipment care, and routine maintenance that keeps machines running smoothly.

    + **Support continuous improvement** by collaborating with peers, skilled trades, and support teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance processes.

    + **Contribute to a strong team environment** by communicating clearly, completing required training, and actively participating in efforts to improve safety, quality, flow, and employee development.

    Education/Experience:

    This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

     

    Minimal or no work experience required.

    Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
