Raytheon is seeking an experienced Manager of Supply Chain Management to support the RSS Product Line for a program onsite in Plano, Texas. In this role, the candidate will demonstrate project management skills and be directly accountable for ensuring overall program execution of materials management in support of our Naval Power customer. They will also ensure program success to cost/schedule/quality, and manage supplier performance in meeting program needs. To be successful, the candidate must be a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving organizational and program objectives, and must be able to successfully interface with all levels of internal management, including supplier management.
What You Will Do:
+ Manage several TINA suppliers, with focus on collaborating with the Program IPTs to ensure cost effective material availability for production requirements.
+ Sales forecasting of all assigned ETC.
+ Support program capture efforts in working with New Business Team to get compliant material pricing submittals and developing BOE’s (Basis of Estimates) for MPM support labor.
+ Create, manage, and execute MPS (Material Program Strategy and the MPP (Material Program Plan) to enable successful execution of program competitiveness and performance; from the front end of the business through contract closure.
+ Provide comprehensive Supply Chain support for Gates 0-11 activities and ensures IPDP compliance for the programs and tailoring when applicable. Key activities typically include: financial management (i.e., EV, budgets, targets, working capital, material sales forecasts, etc.)
+ Monitor and proactively address performance and financial metrics including those related to cost, schedule, quality, and EVMS.
+ Collaborate with other programs to maximize efficiency of program execution including other RI&S programs commonality.
+ Ownership of the supplier management process including supplier performance, SCM metrics, international issues, Make/Buy Where strategy, strategic agreements, and communication of customer flow through requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offset, public law, quality, warranty, etc.
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant supply chain experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 6 years of supply chain experience
+ Experience in supply chain and related systems, procurement, MRP, receiving, cost estimating, and/or finance
+ Experience with supplier management and/or subcontract management
+ Experience in preparation for, and/ or support of negotiations with suppliers
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Experience with Special Access Programs and Office 365
+ Experience with Six Sigma methodology (CORE) and/or tools such as lean manufacturing, diagnostic, process optimization and continuous improvement
+ Experience working in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment
+ Experience translating customer terms and conditions into supplier requirements
+ Experience managing technical requirements to a schedule and budget

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
