    IBM Consulting's Cybersecurity Services (CSS) team is looking for an experienced consulting leader to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) services across the Americas.

    Your role and responsibilities

    * GTM / Business Development / Sales

    * Develop and implement strategies, campaigns, and focused sales plays with IBM go-to-market (GTM) teams to increase overall pipeline and book of business for IAM services.

    * Enable and support GTM teams with qualifying and pursuing client opportunities.

    * Leverage and grow partnerships with strategic alliance partners and key OEM vendors to improve overall GTM execution, pipeline development, account planning, and opportunity conversion.

    * Lead proposals and RFP responses related to IAM.

    * Solution Design

    * Collaborate with internal teams, including security architects, consultants, and project managers, to propose end-to-end IAM solutions, system integration, transformation, and managed services.

    * Lead or influence the design of efficient and cost-effective IAM solutions, including identity governance and administration (IGA), privileged access management (PAM), authentication and authorization mechanisms, role-based access control (RBAC), non-human identities (NHI), customer IAM (CIAM), cloud infrastructure entitlement management (CIEM), etc.

    * Assist account teams with the development of strategic roadmaps and tactical action plans tailored to client needs, industry best practices, and regulatory compliance obligations.

    * Thought Leadership and Innovation

    * Participate in technical whiteboarding, workshops, posture assessments, and training / enablement sessions to educate clients on IAM concepts, implementation strategies, delivery models, proof-of-value (POV), ROI calculations, etc.

    * Contribute to articles, blogs, whitepapers, and presentations to showcase expertise in IAM and cybersecurity.

    * Assist with the commercialization and/or socialization of client-facing IBM AI assets, delivery frameworks, accelerators, and methods.

    * Stay abreast with IAM modernization, such as ZTA, ISPM, ITDR, advanced authentication methods, non-human identities (NHI), etc. and evaluate their potential applications for clients.

    * Technical Eminence

    * Lead and mentor IAM consultants and engineers, fostering a culture of cross-Market collaboration, continuous learning, and delivery excellence.

    * Participate and/or speak at industry conferences, client innovation days, internal/external IBM events to demonstrate IBM’s leadership in IAM services.

     

    This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.

    Required technical and professional expertise

    * Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.

    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

    * Experience in engaging with CxOs / C-suite to become their trusted advisor.

    * Experience in designing / solutioning / implementing IAM solutions.

    * Comfortable developing IAM requirements and establishing IAM architectural designs.

    * Hands-on experience with delivering and leading large IAM projects.

    * Working knowledge of IAM technologies, frameworks, and standards.

    * Working knowledge of Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) solutions, including but not limited to: IGA, PAM, CIAM, CIEM, RBAC, cloud native IAM, etc.

    * Experience working with one or more of the below technologies: Microsoft Entra Verified ID, Active Directory, Azure IAM, AWS IAM, Saviynt, Okta, CyberArk, SailPoint, IBM Verify, Ping, etc.

    Preferred technical and professional experience

    * Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) is nice to have.
